This  video advises you on the 3 major areas of concern to look for when having a home inspected in Massachusetts. Once you have hired a home inspector, they will investigate the home from the foundation to the systems to the roof. The 3 major areas of concern to focus on are health, safety and structural issues. Health issues would include items such as mold, radon and lead paint. Safety issues can include missing railings, rotted steps or rotted decks.  Structural issues include rotted support beams, sills and foundations.
